Genesis stands by the quality of it’s products.
If you receive any of our products in a manner unfit for use you can return them to Genesis within 30 days of original purchase for an exchange at no charge. Make sure you include proof of your purchase and let us know the problem with the item.
Additionally any products returned to Genesis and received unopened and fit for resale within 30 days of original purchase will be refunded, excluding postage fees and charges.
For our friends living outside of the USA, Canada or Australia:
Genesis cannot replace or exchange products opened by customs or quarantine officials in any country during transit to or return to Genesis from any customer. If you receive an item opened by customs or quarantine in your country (extremely rare) it is more than likely safe to use – but check with them first.
Genesis is not responsible for any delays, or for fees, taxes, charges, duties or any other expenses incurred by you from customs, quarantine or any other governmental agencies in your country of residence.
